Reading highlights of your life posted here with your pictures, favorite sayings, foods, the day you took your first steps and the lego's you loved to play with as child. If I can sum up in one word anything about you, it would be LOVE! You OFFERED love, GAVE love, WAS so loved and are STILL very loved! I am sorry your journey here was not as long as one may have wished for and your mom may had hoped for longer. (cause thats what us moms want for our children) From what I see it was an amazing time! The moments you blessed life and the time others had to be blessed in your company was an incredible gift. So have you gotton all your balloons? We sent you 4 more last night from Dads Birthday! Once we could no longer see them, Kinsley said," Joe got em!" What a kid. Sure wish you were here though to see how much she has grown. She is so sweet, Joe. Caleb is doing great! He too is getting very big. Baseball season has started again, and so he is busy with that and Taekwondo. He sure misses you. Of course we all do, very much. It just isn't the same without your smiling face! Have you been keeping all your grandparents busy? I hope so. I am sure you and Marty ( Sarahs dad) have been getting along just fine. She sure has been a great friend to me Joe. It is hard to believe you have been gone for a year now. It feels like yesterday. It still hurts like yesterday too. I guess we have to know that you are in a much more beautiful place and free of all your ills. When I went to bed last night I thought of a year ago and how you waited until you were alone to begin your transition. Pretty sneaky I must say. Dad and I went to Caleb's football game today. On the way, I got a picture message from Kelly. It was a picture of Caleb giving "thumbs up". Kelly added a text saying that todays' game was for Uncle Joe. let me tell you... they played a GREAT game. They won 46-0. How was that?? When Caleb scored, he raised his arm and pointed up to you. He loves you so much. Your mom brought the balloons that Caleb sent for you too. I noticed that you pulled them toward Waco, where your Texas Longhorns were kicking some Baylor butt. We have all known that you would continue to work. Guess you have probably already seen your Gramma Doris. She sure will be happy to see you standing and having fun. Caleb got his Black Belt last night! Can you believe that? 6 yrs old. What a kid. He is playing flag football now too. Busy little guy. Everyone misses you,Joe especially me. Everyday, every minute.
